Installation for Perfex CRM

  1. Extract your downloaded file content. You will notice a folder called "documentation" and a zip file, called "tour_guide.zip". Since "documentation" folder contains this readme file and helpful instructions that are not needed in your Perfex CRM's installation, we will focus on the "tour_guide.zip" file.

  2. "tour_guide.zip" contains the module files (in a module format) that you can upload in CRM's Modules installation section.

  3. Go to your CRM Admin area and select the following menu item: SETUP > MODULES.

  4. Select the extracted tour_guide.zip and press INSTALL.

  5. Find the newly installed module and press ACTIVATE.

Installation for RISE CRM

  1. Extract your downloaded file content. You will notice a folder called "documentation" and a zip file, called "TourGuide.zip". Since "documentation" folder contains this readme file and helpful instructions that are not needed in your RISE CRM's installation, we will focus on the "TourGuide.zip" file.

  2. "TourGuide.zip" contains the plugin files (in a module format) that you can upload in RISE CRM's Plugins installation section.

  3. Go to your Plugin area i.e Settings > Plugin > "Install Plugin"

  4. Select the extracted TourGuide.zip at plugin installation modal and press INSTALL.

  5. Find the newly installed plugin and ACTIVATE.

Installation for WordPress

Follow the usual routine;

  1. Open WordPress admin, go to Plugins, click Add New, then "Upload Plugin"

  2. Select the 'tour-guide-wp.zip' file and click "Install Now"

  3. Activate and you will find the 'Tour Guide' menu on your sidebar menu.

Or if needed, upload manually;

  1. Unzip the 'tour-guide-wp.zip' and upload to /wp-content/plugins/

  2. Open WordPress admin – Plugins and click “Activate” next to "Tour Guide Builder"

  3. Find the 'Tour Guide' menu on your sidebar menu and start building tour.

Installation for AcelleMail

  1. Open AcelleMail admin dashbaord, go to Plugins, click New Plugin.

  3. Enable the new plugin, refresh the page and you will find the 'Tour Guide' menu on your sidebar menu.

Installation for Mailwizz
